Oxytarm contains the mineral magnesium, which has many important functions in the body. There are approximately 25 grams of magnesium in the body, and 99% of this is found inside the cells, mainly in the skeleton and teeth. Approximately 1% circulates in our body fluids. Absorption is best in an acidic environment, so it is advantageous to take supplements outside of meals.

DOSAGE Oxy Tarm
Up to 4 Oxy Tarm tablets daily (2 Oxy Tarm in the morning and 2 Oxy Tarm in the evening, or 4 Oxy Tarm in the evening) for 2-3 weeks. Thereafter, the number of Oxy Tarm tablets can be adjusted as needed. Oxy Tarm tablets should be taken outside of meals. The maximum dose of 4 Oxy Tarm tablets should not be exceeded. Oxy Tarm food supplement should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet.
