Herba Plus Somniro -Sleep- 6 for 5

Herba Plus Somniro is a natural sleep aid formulated to help you fall asleep easier and sleep better through the night.

Somniro combines three powerful natural ingredients with B vitamins that support sleep and energy: Melatonin reduces the time it takes to fall asleep and alleviates jet lag. Valerian root and California poppy work together to improve both falling asleep and sleep quality. Vitamins B6 and B12 reduce fatigue and support the nervous system, so you wake up refreshed.

Take 1 tablet daily, 30 minutes to 2 hours before bedtime. Each box contains 90 tablets (GMP certified). Not suitable for pregnant or breastfeeding women, or children under 18 years. For persistent sleep problems, consult a doctor. If you are taking other medications, check with your GP first. Avoid driving for at least 5 hours after intake.
