Skin, hair, and nails primarily consist of collagen and age due to two reasons. One reason is external influences such as nutritional deficiencies and unbalanced nutrition, pollution, excessive sun exposure, smoking, etc. The other reason is biological.

Collagen and elastin keep the skin firm and elastic. The skin has an innate ability to produce enough collagen and elastin, but as we age, the skin loses this ability. Copper:
Copper contributes to normal hair and skin pigmentation.
