Herba Plus Essential Oil Lemon – Refreshing power from nature

100% pure, natural essential oil extracted from cold-pressed lemon peel. With its fresh scent and cleansing properties, lemon oil is traditionally used for both body and mind.

Traditional use:

• Traditionally used for its antiseptic and cleansing effect
• May be perceived as supportive of circulation
• Traditionally used to promote well-being and the immune system
• May be perceived as soothing and uplifting
• Traditionally used for skin challenges such as acne and blemishes
• May be perceived as mood-lifting and invigorating

Usage:

• Massage: Mix in massage oil (max 2%)
• Aromatherapy: In a diffuser or aroma lamp
• Scent spray: Approx. 10 drops per deciliter of water
• Cooking: Can be used culinarily
• Sauna: Preferably together with Geranium for extra relaxation

Blends beautifully with other citrus oils, Lavender, Rosemary, Juniper, Geranium and Ylang Ylang.
