Traditional use:
Cajeput is traditionally used for its stimulating and invigorating effect – it can be experienced as focus-enhancing and energizing. Traditionally used for muscle aches, tension, and stiffness, as well as support for colds and congested airways. It can be experienced as soothing when massaged into the abdominal area for digestive discomfort, or inhaled for nasal and throat issues.
Usage and blending:
Cajeput should always be diluted in a carrier oil (max approx. 1%). It is well-suited for saunas for a cleansing effect and blends beautifully with lavender, geranium, ginger, rosemary, tea tree, and thyme.
